Default Sharp-GE A/C recall

These were used mostly in multi-family and commercial buildings.

Not really.
Much of their money came from fat government contracts.

I seem to recall lots of military $$$ going to them.

Twenty years ago I used to love installing GE because the appliances weighed half as much as other brands due to all the cheap plastic parts.

I was thinking more like 50-75 years ago!!

I used to install GE air conditioning units back in the early 70's and they were starting to become junk then.
