Question Thermoflow furnace age

The buyer wants to know how old the Thermoflow furnace is. Telling her it was as old as the home wasn't good enough. The house was built in the late 50s early 60s Model # 1204-E13 Serial# 12776 It looks like the original unit. Any info would help. Thanks, Ken
