Default Three LP into one flue

Found a home with three appliances into one chimney. One oil fired heating burner and two LP fired hot water tanks.

The question on the three into one, is it at all acceptable? This is in the state of Vermont.

Hi Robert,

Hope this isn't too late, but this setup does have problems. The smaller BTU units need to join the flue as far "up" as possible compared to the larger flue of the boiler. This setup does have them technically above the boiler, but the fact that they join into the larger diameter vent like that, which, judging by the pic has no incline to it, bothers me. I'd call it out. (I'm up in Moretown, btw)
Is that an LP boiler? The damper makes it look like an oil unit...

Not sure what you're calling a boiler? I don't see a boiler in the posted photo.

So what did you end up telling them?

Right you are. I didn't mean boiler. Just had it on my brain from something else...
