I hope you can see the photo. There is a orange wrap around the bottom of the compressor. It appears to be some type of insulation, the ends have velcro. The wrap is loose . I have never seen this before. What is it?

The better units come with insulation wrap around the compressor, that one just needs some tyraps or straps of some sort to secure it.
