Default Vents on roof,
Do you think the steel vent (water heater) is too close to the one PVC vent for 90+ furnace?

If either one of them is the combustion air intake , it is to close . And I believe they should extend higher above the roof .

It's up to us as inspectors to find the best results for the clients, even if they don't like it.
