Default Water heater flue and window clearance?

Forgive me for asking about something that's been covered so many times. I've read it before, but can't find the info when I need it using the lousy search feature on the board.

What is the minimum clearance between a gas water flue termination and an operable window? The one in the photo is 32 inches.

Thanks so much.

Without searching for it Joe, I think a foot above and four feet from it.

But regardless of the code, I would simply explain if it was my house, I wouldn't want it there, code or no code.
