Winchester Furnace

Could some give me the age of a Winchester furnace (Hamilton Home Products)? Model FG9B08012UP11C Serial WKLM065197 this is the best I could get as it was faded. I hope this is enough info.

Randy, that model number is from a Luxaire Gas Furnace built in either 1999 or 2000.

Hi Russel,

I am sure that you are correct with those dates, my version of Prestons in 4th edition 2001 so Appliances built after 2000 are not covered (I have just seen that they now have a new edition out that covers up to 2005)

If the furnace is a Luxaire then is was manufactured by York-Borg Wagner and the 3rd letter is the year so it it is either 1981 or 2002. The A/C is most likely 2002 also. Which would make sense that both units were installed at the same time.
