Would you say anything about this air return?

In the floor beneath this couch? Note that this is the long wall in the den. This is the only area where a couch could be located in the den. Yes, this is not the buyer's couch but they will probably want one in the room.

Also, there was no supply duct in this room. It was a small room. Even though the return was there, shouldn't there be a supply duct in a den?
