1969, 1989, or 2009. Well, okay, perhaps not 2009.

That helps. I’m guessing '69 due to the fact that the WH right beside it was '71. My cheat sheet says the 3rd letter indicates age for York. Do you have some different info that I could use to update mine?? Thanx again.

If two letters, use the first.
If three or four letters, use the third.
