Mod N2AHD06A06E
Ser EEF5115942 This unit was installed in a house with electric ceiling heat for cooling purposes. The outside condenser was an AC & not a heat pump. Now, does this unit have some kind of electrical heat too? I'm having a difficult time finding any info on the net and HVAC is definitely not my forte. And as always, your knowledge and help is always appreciated. |

To elaborate more on the original post (was in a hurry)...
Are some air handlers equipped with electric resistance heating as an option or an upgrade to the unit?? |

Yes.
I see no 240VAC electrical supply large enough to run heaters. You will need heat kits and another power source.
