Serial # W0G6622577 Can anyone help?? Thanks..

York age is determined by the 3rd letter in the serial number. G is either 1977 or 1998. What is the house age?

Joe,The house is over 40. The unit looks relatively new. I dont understand how you derived those 2 years from "G". Can you explain? Thanks..
