Do you remind your client at the end of the inspection, "I think every home should be inspected every year as part of a regular homeowner maintenance program. I'd like to contact you in about 10-11 months to see if you'd like me to come back and inspect for safety and maintenance issues. Until then, here is a home maintenance book for you. It explains all of the things that you need to do to maintain your home. I'll come back in about a year to see how you've done. Sound good?" Then hand them this book.

Every client can be turned into a regular client who calls upon your services over and over again.
