Idaho doesn't have any HI regs, however when I was in WA I became certified in WDO/WDI So its Ok. Not many HI here are so its a bog advantage

Another good source of free ant information that might be of interest is http://lancaster.unl.edu/pest/ants/ This site has a useful two charts on one node and two node ants to help identify if they are stealing your sugar or eating your structure. It also has info on other pests.
