Question any one know what these are???

we found these in a basement... the foundation was littered with them... I have referred the buyer to a pest inspection/treatment but i am curious... anyone?

Oh, I've seen them before, those are black stone crack dweller little insect crawler thingamajigys. Very much like termites except the eat stone cracks.

Do you have any clearer photos? It looks like sub termites working along the morter and I cant ID the black pellets I need a closer look.

Have no idea on the pellets (mice mabe), but it definetly looks like subterranean mud tubes.
