I had an interesting phone call. Client working for a company, has a building with a problem with their EIFS exterior, actually pulling away from building's wall. After what appears some finger pointing by people, it is now understood it needs to be replaced/repaired. So now progress has been made, someone said, "There might be mold". So they want it(?) tested, and verified no mold or dangerous mold exists. After no conversation, I think I left the client with more questions then answers, so he is going back to the person who initiated the 'mold-concern'. However, the client would like a commercial focused mold inspector/tester to contact him. Any interested persons?
