About 23% of our work came from home inspectors last year. Our business supports (Radon & Mold) about 30 home inspectors down from about 50-60 just a couple of years ago. For radon professionals look at http://www.aarst.org For mold assessment and indoor air quality look for a CIE at http://www.iaqcouncil.org American Indoor Air Quality Council is the only ANSI approved certifications and require at least 2 years of experience. Require your subs to have current general liability and in the case of mold E&O. Doug Wall, CIE www.naplesmoldinspection.com www.radonmoldhelp.com |

Yes. Pest and septic. Consider collecting a referral fee to cover your costs, but disclose that in your agreement. You'll do more work, with phone calls and emails so a referral fee is warranted in my opinion.

that is what I was thinking. i have just met quite a few people who insist that you should do everything, I don't think I would be doing my clients justice that way.

Some people have said that in order to even offer a service in some states you have to be certified to provide that service, correct? |
