About 23% of our work came from home inspectors last year.
Our business supports (Radon & Mold) about 30 home inspectors down from about 50-60 just a couple of years ago.
For radon professionals look at http://www.aarst.org
For mold assessment and indoor air quality look for a CIE at http://www.iaqcouncil.org
American Indoor Air Quality Council is the only ANSI approved certifications and require at least 2 years of experience.
Require your subs to have current general liability and in the case of mold E&O.

Yes. Pest and septic. Consider collecting a referral fee to cover your costs, but disclose that in your agreement. You'll do more work, with phone calls and emails so a referral fee is warranted in my opinion.

that is what I was thinking. i have just met quite a few people who insist that you should do everything, I don't think I would be doing my clients justice that way.

So what does your disclosure look like to let the client know? do you add price anywhere or just that if they want that service you will be refering it?

Some people have said that in order to even offer a service in some states you have to be certified to provide that service, correct?
