You are forgetting about high humidity in a home can create mold in some very hard to see places. You do not necessarily need a moisture intrusion to have considered toxic mold in a home. Sad but true.

A pattern here . . .
The "Pro" mold testers are mostly in "wet" states, and are in CYA mode.
The "Con" are in dry states.

Personally, we're wet, & I test.
