Opportunities are available for NACHI members operating in the state of HI to perform dwelling inspections that are very brief in nature but pay $20 each. These residential inspections include making a phone call to the property owner then arriving and obtaining a digital picture of the front and rear.

The report that follows is just as brief and the professional liability insurance is covered by our firm. Our client only wants a brief exterior look see and some photos only. No interior assessment , no mechanical inspections, no roof inspection.
