Environmental Data Reports

Has anyone had any success with this. I got certified at a Kaplan convention and I'm having trouble selling the report. Most realtors think it might kill the sale and don't want any part of it.

I joined but have not marketed it much. A member of our Chesapeake NACHI org has been doing a few. EDR has new pricing also.

Why pay for something NACHI has offered for a while and costs you nothing except time to build a webpage...Neighborhood Environmental

This is over a year old and I've never seen a cent...may not be worth the effort or money... and with no way for me to track... no telling how many may have been order though my link?

Nick & Chris could propbably tell everyone what the numbers have been...but don't hold your breath...

Hi Barry, I am not sure what NACHI offers but this product is sold directly through you and not a web site. You ask the client if they would like a report of their neighborhood and surrounding area. You quote a price and if they want the info YOU place the order and receive the report. You send it or deliver it and you can explain what has been found. You know exactly how much you make. A member of our NACHI MD Chapter who owns a few franchise HI companies says he is getting a bunch of these requests.
