Increased public awareness through such headlines and the EPA designating January "National Radon Action Month." Thought it was interesting enough to share.....

Here in Boise they are running ads all the time about radon the silent killer. Its quite amusing. I have been testing radon in Boise for years and I have never seen anything higher than 2.0 pico Curies per Liter Which is very good, anything below a 4.3 is good. I guess this is what you call free advertising, now we do several radon tests a month. So EPA lets keep running those ads

We have lots of Radon here in MD. I had 8.9 pCi/l in my basement but after remediation it is .6. By the way the EPA says safe is below 4.0 pCi/l:Test Your Home for Radon - It's Easy and Inexpensive
