Pic 1 looks like a wasp nest.

The other three look like either termite or ant damage.

Pic #1 - Mud Dauber nest

Pic #2 - Powder Post Beetle damage

Pic #3 & 4 - Termite or Carpenter Ant damage. Depends on what it looks like inside the wood. Did you see mud frass or sawdust?

Is this all on one property?

David in pic#2, are these holes from Powder Post Beetles and the reason you think it is Powder Post Beetles? I understand the other pics.

I did not base my answer on those few small holes. Those are minute compared to the excessive bark damage to this wood member. The damage you see at this wood member is from powder post beetles. They simply breed under tree bark and leave small exit holes throughout.
