IAC2 Mold Inspection SOP

Hi,

If a client requests a Limited Mold Inspection, does one follow the IAC2 Mold Inspection complete SOP if the limited inspection is confined to just one room of the house? Or do you follow the complete SOP and check roof, gutters, etc also?

On the rare occasion that I actually perform a mold survey, I inspect every area of the home that has an influence (directly & indirectly) on the area of concern. So yes... I check the roof, gutters, etc...

I call them an evaluation, when you are just there to look at certain areas. Just make that clear to your client that you are not performing a full mold inspection.
