Default Level II for Gas Fireplaces...
Here is an article I just added to my blog page in regards to the need of having a Level II inspection performed on all fireplace, regardless of if they are gas or wood burning...

Great info Mark. I've always recommended a Level II inspection but wondered if it was really needed for gas logs.
