Robert, Good Post...!!

It happens all over the country as you well know.

Simply makes me sick when I get calls from frantic homeowners who have been terrorized by one of these outfits.

I tell anyone who calls me to call a licensed hygienist I know here in Phoenix before they get ripped off with mold testing and remediation for absolutely no reason.

Wow, great video! People ask me all the time "Is this mold"? I tell them testing is the only way to know. I also think over testing is wrong.

Now Robert let's not start that conversation again or we will have 75 posts debating bleach Better yet since I understand you are the next great american pollster (another section but funny anyway) you can do a poll on mold and bleach.
Now go do a pole......I mean poll!

Randy

PS: Hows the ticker? I hope much better.

Sorry but I had to be sarcastic to some degree.
I still remember when mold was an indication of a problem, rather than the actual problem.
I never entered any previous debate as the only thing which matters is the perception.

Indeed, I just remember the debate about bleach cleaning mold some time back. I don't remember who started it but it was a long one. I also don't believe a conclusion was made. Imagine that!

Kenton...

Don't forget...

1 to post that "licensing of lightbulb inspectors" "solves nothing"

(sorry JB, couldn't resist)

Kenton,

I have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard! I guess I'll check back in six months to check out what else is said about how in the hell you change a light bulb. Oh dear Lord, I can barely contain myself. What a good post after reading about some people who are arguing over the same subject. I've got one question for you though Kenton. If you come across two people arguing about how to properly test for mold or how to properly change a light bulb, and one is a big IDIOT..........can you tell which one is the idiot or is assumed that both are IDIOTS by the squabbling and screeching they both are doing to each other? Just curious how other people veiw the same situation.

Hey Kenton;

You got waaayyyyyyyyyyyy too many people to change that light bulb.

You should get Frenchie to do it, then you only need two people.

One to hold the bulb and the other to spin the ladder.

Marcel
