Question Mold insurance?
Anybody know of any carriers that sell an insurance policy for mold inspections? The best rate I saw advertised was for $3,000/year. Thanks.

Microbiological assessment (inspection)
and
Consulting on Microbiological decontamination projects
(clearance)

they are not the same, lot of inspectors don't realize that. if you do clearance inspections / testing you should check with your ins. agent about coverage.

I just joined InterNACHI, but can't post as a member yet.
