Default Now they've gone and done it!

It will no longer be legal to sell a meth house in Texas without disclosure. And this is just now becoming law???

Maybe it's a way to boost sales in this slow market.

Understanding the chemicals used in the manufacture of meth, it's not suprising that this legislation is out there. Clean-up is not cheap.

We've got a meth disclosure law in MO too now. I guess that's ok for someone who owned the property, didn't do the drugs themself, is honest, and knows about the problem in order to disclose it.

Problem is most tweakers don't give a flip about the law anyway. And only about 10% of all meth labs are ever discovered by law enforcement.
