Default Phase 1 site assessment
Hi everyone!

Does anyone perform Phase 1 environmental site assessment? I heard a lot about it from attorneys and commercial brokers. Is there real demand for it?

I sub them to a local environmental company. Not something that comes up very often (only once in the last year.) It's way beyond the scope of an HI.
