Does anyone have or know of software to report on Framing Only, Mechanical Only, Final Only, etc, inspections? Maybe a check list of sorts? I have seen a few sights containing phase inspections containing more info than needed. I am looking for something that I can use when performing phase inspections for a builder, not buyer.
Any Help! |

Builders generally have their own QA/QC checklists. Check with the Builder that you will be contracting with to determine what his particualr needs are.
