"Inspectors should not look for cracks in a tank after it is pumped."

Should read:

"Inspectors should not enter the septic tank after it is pumped to look for cracks."

"If a septic tank shows signs of weakness, tread with caution!"

Should one merely tread, or should one swim quickly for the exit?
