Default Radon Certification

I personally do not buy into the threat of radon so I have not added that service. Do you guys think this makes a home inspector look substandard or does it matter?

Default Re: Radon Certification

Your state does not have a have incidence of Radon in most areas.

In my area over half of the homes test above the EPA recommended mitigation levels of 4 pCi/L but only 10% of my customers request a radon test.
