Default Radon Contracts

I'm sure this has been asked before, but couldn't find a good answer. Does anyone use a separate or (stand alone) contract for radon testing? If so, where can I find a good contract?
Thanks

We have a waiver for when the inspector believes a radon test should be done but the client doesn't want to purchase one: http://www.nachi.org/radonwaiver.htm

Dave:

Each type of Inspection requires a different contract to suit the particular need of the Inspection being performed.

Work with your Business Attorney in drafting your contracts in order to address the particular needs for your business and fulfill any State and/or Municipal requirement.
