Default Radon Discharge Pipe

Is the radon discharge pipe to short?? Is this the proper way to support the radon fan and pipe?

What pipe? As to securing the motor/fan, enough that it doesn't vibrate.

No. Not right. Any of it. Does it still mitigate radon? Yes, probably does. But it needs some work.
