Question saturated insulation in a manufactured home

the insulation between the subfloor and the reinforced membrane is saturated under the two second bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. A
hvac contractor evaluated it and concluded that it was condensation when the A/C unit froze during below 60 degree temperature. The home had been vacant for several months. Any comments?

I'd look further, especially since a bathroom is in play.

Was the water utility on? all along?

Did you refer it out and that's what he deduced? If so, you did your job.

Insulation must be replaced to allow the area to dry. It's a great place for mould to start. Doug
