|
the insulation between the subfloor and the reinforced membrane is saturated under the two second bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. A
hvac contractor evaluated it and concluded that it was condensation when the A/C unit froze during below 60 degree temperature. The home had been vacant for several months. Any comments? |

I'd look further, especially since a bathroom is in play.
Was the water utility on? all along? Did you refer it out and that's what he deduced? If so, you did your job.
