Nice article and I didn't know this:

“To have a specific requirement to inspect for mold—it’s not a bad idea in some areas, but typically if you have a home inspection the home inspector will identify if you’ve got mold,” says Frank Lesh, president of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

Yeah, Michael, I caught that too and thought, "Really?!" That is a pretty broad statement and could easily lead someone to think that Mold inspection, detection, etc. is part of a typical home inspection. This is why there is so much confusion about what HI are both in the public's mind and the Realtors.
