Trash-out Services
Is anyone here doing any Trash-out Services for Bank Foreclosures, that wouldn't mind sharing some good pointers?

Hi Ed, I have been doing repo. cleanups for creditors. We chrge any where from .50 to 1.00 psf. This is for the home only, then there is a charge per load or single price for the exterior. Keep in mind we offer full clean up services. The home will be ready to show when we are completed with it. These are homes we have not inspected and do only the cleanup on them.
