I am just getting into WDI inspections and am having trouble locating a good Inspection Agreement Form for this. Does anyone of any suggestions?

Thanks.

Tom,

I was under the impression that the insurance companies wanted a little more. However when I called mine, they were unable to help. I haven't really seen the back of the NPMA form yet as I have these on order. Does the form offer the client information as to what the insect inspection includes but to what limitations there are as well?

Thanks,

Dave

Send this (email/fax/etc)to your insurance company. If they are having a differcult time, you might want re-evaluate them. What's gunna happen when you have a 'real issue'?

just saying...

Ben,

Do you actually have people sign this agreement?

Oh, if yes..... can we use it.

tom

P.S. My insurance provider might get a real laugh out of it.

I don't do a WDI inspection without this agreement signed. And everyone signs it without a blink.

Take it.
