Not special in MO, it's just the standard NPMA-33 form. But you must be licensed to do the inspection.

The test is hard, but if you study the books then you can pass. Unfortunately the test has absolutely nothing to do with inspections, but that's the way it is... The NPMA-33 is no big deal to fill out. It's pretty self explanatory.

Mark is right, most of the test will be adout applying pesticides.
