If the HI can't do the WORK to know the laws of their own state they should not be allowed to INSPECT within it....in my opinion !

Yeah Will,
I did the Hancock Bldg. 1/2y@.Marshall Fielld Tunnel flood $7 mil over 7 months. Daaaa!!!
