Hey if ever there was good use for a C clamp that would be it.
I assume that is a waste stack cleanout.

To me this looks like a washing machine drain hose extended with a dishwasher hose....but what really looks odd is if this is the main drain...why is the sweep backwards? I say that without the benefit of a full picture.
