Yes!
Kinda like an easy out… Plumbers have all types of creative tools to remove that drain flange.
Internal Wrench or inside out tool.

Sure. Those come out real easy unless the last person to install it was a homeowner that decided to use silicone caulk instead of plumber’s putty to install the drain. :shock:
