Default Been leaking long?????
Another shower pan leak 2nd in the last two week. I guess this one has been leaking for a day or two.

Damn Charley...that is one nasty crawl----

I'm sure glad they are far and few between here..!!!!...Crawl space period..!!

About the only time you would find a crawl here is a house built in the 60's or older....and if someone calls for a Mobile Home, I give them Brian Kelly's phone number----
