June of 1980

Bradford White rotates their date coding on a 20 cycle.

So WF in the serial can be 1980 or 2000

But since the ANSI Z21.10.1 standard date is 1975, I’m betting on 1980

The unit looks like it is 30 years old so I will go with the 1980.
