Sounds like a bunch of very "incompetent" engineers not to be able to figure that out!
This is really ridiculous! There is absolutely no reason not to be able to find and correct this problem by simply applying a micro manometer (a blower door test without the blower door)! They know the source of carbon monoxide. It didn't mysteriously appear from nowhere! Following "current" building codes for the mechanical equipment is all that's required. But somebody wants to dick around with someone's life and spend money where it's not necessary. They should've shut that complex years ago! David,
Absolutely correct, how do you spend over $600,000 and not correct the problems? The property management company should be billed for all of the 911 responses. Amazing! |
