But do you Iron and starch Charlie ? cookies are fine But Possum Pie is hard to resist .
And typically on site so you never run short of supplies.

Wayne I do what every it takes to get your business want me to come to TN AND show ya. I was not joking about the cookies, baked chip cookies today with a little help I did not want to waste the heat while testing the oven
When you do what ever it takes to skin the coon the below type house is what ya get to inspect. 8K in the house 2K in the garage

So, Charley, if there were no floor drains, just a s drain line going to a main drain to the sewer or septic, would you still do your test?

Do you leave the ldy rm while waiting for the clogged main drain line to back up into a fixture?

If you are watching the water go down the standpipe, do you know if it is spilling on the floor in another room?

Last ?: Do you carry a real big wet vac? Or call Serv Pro? Like it never happened.

NO

Nope I don't carry a wet vac. Yes I leave the Laundry room with the hose running if the main backs up it backs into the lowest fixture, the tub by default. I'm in my 15th year and never flooded a home doing this except one that had a monster leak on the tub drain line slab floor. Things got wet but it failed during testing so be it. The Realtor paid for drying the carpet not me. Like I mentioned if this is beyond your SOP have your clients call me
