This water heater was dented at the top edge.

That dent appears to mostly effect the insulation and jacket. Unless it was leaking, I would likely just mention it, so the client would know I saw it, and advse watching it. If the concern is greater, an examination by a plumber could be suggested.

Yea, I wouldn't be too worried about this dent either if it's not leaking.
I'd simply note the dent and move on. |
