Default Doing a Home Inspection is Big Bear Calif.
Mountain communtity.....is their anything different I should
be looking for in the plumbing system. ( Different than a normal
house at sea level).

Havent been there in decades. Im sure it has changed a lot. The little room outside with the crescent moon on the door will be the powder room....

Most of Big Bear is on septic systems. Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary. . .
