I know double traps on the same arm are a hazard, but how about this? If it is a problem, an explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

No difference. I would be hesitant to call it a "hazard," but double traps are improper and not allowed.

sure looks like a clog waiting to happen to me, when a center outlet single trap set up would be be much more efficient... imo...jim
