Sounds good but I would add more information about the risk of using older units.

Safety pans used on upstairs or attic units will not catch all types of leaks.

Crawlspace units can leak thousands of gallons before you notice it and cause other issues such as mold.

Downstairs units located in closets do not typically have a safety pan and can cause major damage to hardwood flooring.
