Attachment 6161
Does this plumbing vent need to be higher than what is there? It's a flat roof that does not accomidate people. Thanks Attachment 6162 Gas flex connector not allowed installation this way correct? I know there is no drip leg, but my understanding is that a flex connector can't connect directly to the unit gas valve. Last edited by brepanshek; 1/23/07 at 4:34 PM.. |

Vent termination should be at least 6" above the roof or 6" above the anticipated snow level, whichever is higher.
Appliance connectors should not pass through cabinets. IF YOUR INSPECTOR IS NOT USING THERMAL IMAGING, YOU'RE NOT GETTING THE WHOLE PICTURE ® Jeff PopeJPI Home Inspection Service Santa Clarita CA (661) 212-0738 Santa Clarita Home Inspection http://www.MyInspector.net |
