Fuel MAster FM-50-C oil-fired water heater. Serial # K16B3056. This is a new one for me, I never heard of Fuel Master (Heat Transfer Product). Any idea of a date of manufacture? It's an old one.

If it's an old one, especially oil-fired, it's probably a major local brand that went out of business decades ago when the owner died.
